I work with adults navigating big, layered things. Most clients come to me because something in their life has shifted — a loss, a move, a relationship, an identity question, a wave of anxiety that won't quit — and they want a therapist who actually gets the context.

HOW I WORK
Modern, plainspoken, not stuffy.
I'm a younger therapist, and I think that's a feature. Therapy doesn't have to be cold, clinical, or moralizing. The room — even when it's a screen — can be warm, direct, and a little funny when that fits.
I draw on CBT, humanistic, psychodynamic, and somatic work. I'll tell you what I think. I'll ask you hard questions. I won't pathologize who you love, how you have sex, what you believe, or where you're from.

Legally relevant. Court-ready.
Written reports for asylum, VAWA, U-Visa, T-Visa, and Extreme Hardship Waivers. Standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks; expedited available. Evaluations conducted in English or Spanish. Flexible payment plans may be available.

No — I'm licensed in Texas and see clients across the whole state by telehealth. The Brownsville/RGV background is who I am, but the practice is statewide.

For a lot of people, yes. The language you grew up in often holds the feelings more honestly. We can do sessions fully in Spanish, fully in English, or mix — whatever fits how you actually talk.

Yes. Affirming, sex-positive, and kink-aware. I won't treat your identity or relationships as the problem to be solved.

No — I'm not AASECT-certified, so I don't use that title. I do work with sexuality, intimacy, and relationship concerns within my scope as an LCSW. If you need specialized sex therapy, I'm glad to refer.
